my performance of everything i touch by Stabbing Westward was accurate to the recorded studio version i made sure when performing this that I wanted the structure to be tight and the and it be as close to the original as possible. one of the biggest hiccups in getting this song ready for the performance was the harmony of the guitars in the pre chorus in the beginning my lead guitarist was playing the wrong thing however we ironed it out quickly another big thing that hindered us before performing the song was the reptation of the chorus twice before the guitar came in again normally we collectively forgot about this however after listening to the song over I came made sure that we would communicated when-ever we were about to repeat it however by the time of the performance we had it down.

in my performance I think it went well the guitar tones were immaculate and I think that collectively we did amazing the sounded almost perfect however some things I dislike about my performance is the intro the intro was a big killer into the sound for the crowd and i think we should have rehearsed this more however while this happened on stage it did not happen in the practice rooms and think a big factor the intro being messed up was the nerves and while it was  a small mistake we did correct it quickly another thing that we should've have done better is stage presence i know that with a broken leg its to have good stage presence however I would've liked to have a little more headbanging however I think riley and toby could have taken the spotlight a little more and I think it would have made them more confident in the playing and amped out the crowd a little more another thing that I think could have been better is the vocals Riley's vocals are amazing and I think they are very good however i think I should have asked or listen back to the recordings to ask him because I would have liked it to be closer to the original and I think the vocals sway a bit to much from harmonic and heavy for the sound of the song however the backing vocals from Jamie I think were some of the most impressive thing in the performance the fact as drummer he could be at for-front while being the foundation of the band is some of the most impressive thing in the whole thing. we did really well on the ending it was tight and the whole band knew when to end and everyone ended on the exact same note making the song sound flush and polished while also making up for the beginning Toby's guitar playing on this song was some of the best i have ever heard from him while simple he executed the song perfectly in my eyes even taking into account the dynamic playing softer in beginning like in the original for myself i would to say that thing that should've have been way better was my stage presence as a bassist they are normally in the back and i think in this performance I'm very hidden and shy however I think I took very good ownership of my song when i noticed mistakes I called them out and me and my band came collectively together to figure stuff out. I've learned that I need to be more confident and out their as a performer have more fun with the song overall was close to the original and what i was going for and there were things I think I would have changed we performed amazingly and played perfectly. we were effective in the way we rehearsed and practiced i think that collectively the whole performance on FMP was amazing we all figured out our own parts came together and created a great performance we all were more. lastly the experience of the show was great the most nervous I've been not just for the performance but for the FMP as a whole and playing the song well was the most happy I've ever been i think that the crowd look a bit bored and would have like to hype crowd or get them moving and have more fun the FMP was the most stressful, fun and nerve racking thing i have ever done with music and shows me what music meant to me.
